“Kos Eisley. You will never find…”
Only a Sith deals in absolutes, good is a point of view, yada yada, but when push comes to shove, there are facts on the ground that a man must face, even if that means having to leave a whole childhood’s worth of postmodern “fuzzy logic” indoctrination. And then those who defend the indefensible, even going against the very core principles they stand for, can’t be called anything but, “lost”.
Even an herbivore like Yoda knows there’s a time to switch on the lightsaber. Click image to view full size.
To all the bleeding hearts: the comparison is actually tame. The Muslims are worse: they kill their own younglings.
(Nope, this post doesn’t have anything to do with Daily Kos this time. But I needed a catchy title!)

there is nothing more evil than a so called god who requires endless rivers of blood of children
Hi Sister Zee!
That's so true--even among pagans, HaShem graded them according to that practice. The Celts sacrificed humans regularly; when the Romans conquered the Celts, they put an end to that practice everywhere, and that's why God rewarded them with a lengthy empire, even though they were no saints.
HaShem bless you.

I will NOT apologize for any of the atrocities committed in the name of God by Muslims.
Please recall that the Islamic Dispensation (IF it ever existed) came to an end May 23, 1844 when the One like unto the Son of Man came to live among humankind in human form.
Deprived of the Love and Knowledge brought by the Twin Candlesticks/Twin Bright Lights foretold in the Book of Revelations, Muslims today are for the most part ignorant pawns, prodded into wailing, flailing action by their handlers, Muslim clergy!
All human words for 'God' fall far short of describing The Omnipotent, Omniscient, All-Loving Creator, and those Muslim masses who call God 'Allah' don't have the benefit of historical research which shows us the word stems from a previous moon-god...
To Muslims, they deeply believe they are obeying God when they obey their self-aggrandizing CLERGY!
When the become aware of Baha'u'llah, the Glory of God, the unleashed resentment which they focus on those clergy who have, for GENERATIONS, stood obstacle between them and The Glory of God, will be terrible to behold!
The great mass of Muslims will recognize, in a few weeks time, the depths of depravity to which they have been led by their 'leaders'...
Hi Carridine!
I don't know what to make of the moon-god theory. Even if true, our great sage Maimonides (may his credit defend us) said of the Muslims that their monotheism is complete. However, belief in One God isn't sufficient to please Him--doing according to His word is needed, and the Muslims, because they reject it for the ravings of "a madman" (thus from Maimonides about the world's most peaceful pseudoprophet), fall short in that.
God bless.

Roger THAT, ZY!
Now how do we apply this to today's reality? How do we choose to relate to that One Whose mortal remains rest atop Mount Carmel in the Holy Land?
How can we practically (yet spiritually) address the Muslim threat today?
Rhetorical questions... you don't owe ME an answer, Zionist Youngster! :D
The Pseudostinians are pure Amalek. They have been firing rockets at schools is Sderot- trying to kill children!
'Zechor et asher asa lecha amalek, asher karch baderech, kol hamitnachashalim baderech'- Amalek fought the Jews who straggled behind at the rear and so do the Pseudostinians, leaching and murdering the most vulnerable among us. Yimach Shemam!!!
P.S. I didn't know that about the Romans. Where did you hear that? Thx!
Bar Kochba,
Their willingness to hurt, and their desire to keep the flame of hatred, is something I used to think was the province of the far past (like the stories of the military conquests of the Assyrian kings--they make Vlad the Impaler look like a schoolkid). Well, it is, but the Muslims are living fossils of the mentalities of those ages. Did you hear? The Islamic Jihad organization said the recent Kassam rockets on Sderot were "presents for the new school year" (Hot Air link). They're sadists at heart and we should have no pity on them. Mass expulsion, as I keep saying--it's not genocide and it's exactly what they deserve.
There are no Amalekites today. Amalek now stands for doubt (Hebrew "safek", giving the same gimatria as Amalek), the doubt in HaShem's existence and power that Amalek originally intended to sow in its campaign against our forefathers. Amalek, therefore, sounds to me more like Leftism, that indispensable ally of Islam, the ally without which the Muslims could never get away with what they've been doing the past few years. I give the Muslims credit as being Ishmael, in a spiritual sense, regardless of the majority of them not being Arabs. Sarah saw Ishmael trying to murder Isaac, and ordered Abraham to send him and his mother away; Abraham, out of fatherly compassion, and not having seen what Sarah had seen, was angered by that order, but HaShem told him to do as she had said, with the promise to make Ishmael a great nation too (as we can now see). Hagar and Ishmael were sent away; at the end, Ishmael repented and made peace with Isaac, and both buried their father together. Ma'aseh avot siman l'vanim--the act of the fathers is a sign for the sons. There will be peace with them in the end, and may it be soon, amen, but it won't come by the way most people think it will. Human compassion militates against expelling them, but when you regard the truth about their evil intentions, you see it is the only right thing to do. We must be like our mother Sarah, peace be upon her.
Wow, that looks like something I ought to make a whole post out of.
Oh, I nearly forgot about the Romans: that's a matter of historical record, not only by Roman sources like Julius Caesar, but even by the Celts themselves. It's the main reason why we have little knowledge today of the religion of the druids: they passed it orally, but the Romans made thorough work of wiping them, and therefore their lore, out (which they also tried to do to our rabbis after your namesake's revolt, but we had protection from above. The decline of the Roman Empire started about that period, by the way). Of course, regarding this (doing away with the Celtic religious practice of human sacrifice) as the reason why God rewarded them with their empire is my interpretation, based on the Orthodox Jewish way of looking at history.
HaShem bless you.

I agree with you completely. I was not suggestint genocide and not saying that every 'Palestinian' is Amalek but rather that each individual terrorist and anti-semite is Amalek and we should not be afraid of repaying our enemies 'sevenfold' as the Torah says.
A most interesting post, and an interesting discussion here.
After the last couple of days in Sderot, I think it's 'way past time to turn on the lightsaber.
Michael,
Turning on the lightsaber is over two years overdue. It should've been done right after the first Kassam rocket. But apparently our ex-Defense Minister, hot on the heels of his success with Hizbullah, thinks "hitting the infrastructure in Gaza is pointless and could bring Gaza's citizens to support terrorism" (link). Yeah, I hate to think what the Gazans will do if they come to support terrorism...
Meanwhile, somewhere far away, a Gaza Strip is in the making:

I posted the following as a JW comment; pardon my use of my own blog comments as a scrapbook, but this is probably going to make it into my 9/11 anniversary post:
(begin snippet)
A war that runs through stages, with each state (or region) at one stage, but regressing to worse stages unless the Islamic imperialist onslaught is held in check:
1) Small numbers, sufficient only for forming interest groups and litigation forums (*cough*CAIR*cough*). Examples: the USA, Australia, Eastern Europe.
2) Large numbers, forming effective Islamic colonies, each a law unto itself. Examples: London, Brussels (as shown here), Malmö.
3) A fully armed grouping, within or on the border or even both, forming a physical threat. Examples: Israel, Serbia, (Southern) Thailand, Ethiopia.
4) Islamic. Non-Muslim subjects face discrimination in court at best (Egypt, Malaysia), regular persecution in most cases (Pakistan), and at worst the threat of elimination (Iraq).
Stating what should be obvious, but isn't: appeasement, far from stopping this gradual slide, only accelerates it, by virtue of encouragement ("Jihad pays"). There is no politically correct way of winning this war.

Six years since 9/11. With each passing year our hindsight on it gets better, though with a terrible cost.
HaShem bless you.

I have a question and you seem pretty wise. I'm in a disagreement with Mad Zionist. He believes that religious Jews should rise up a la Maccabee and fight against the secular Jews. I just wrote a post on how I think that that is sinat chinam. Give me your comments.
so true..........even the children are not spared.........keep fighting on ZY!..Yasher Koach !
Bar Kochba, I agree with you that revolt would be a mistake, but I am also extremely angry with the powers that be, many of whom certainly are Hellenists and will get what they deserve once we come to power.
Angel,
Our times are not for the faint of heart. We're very much like in Frodo Baggin's situation, as he complained to Gandalf at the beginning of Lord of the Rings.
KL,
I'm sorry if that sounds callous to you (I don't have the same background as you), but if we just get our Jewish leadership and expel all the Muslims and no more than that, I'll say dayeinu. God will wreak vengeance on whomever He wishes; for me, the desire is just the complete and permanent repulsion of all threats, leaving us free to study and do the Torah, as Maimonides said the Messianic Age would be.
HaShem bless you both.
ZY
ZY, that would be enough, may this be the year of the Geulah Shleimah
Amen.
