Our Problem in a Nutshell
“Das war ein Vorspiel nur” (“That was just a prelude”) – Heinrich Heine
The West, indeed the non-Muslim world as whole, could take advantage of the news of what the state of Israel is facing in order to prepare themselves against the coming threat. They could, but for the most part they haven’t done that. Instead, they’ve allowed themselves to be taken completely by the lies of the enemy (“war is deceit”, said their prophet), by the drug of postmodernism, by the siren song of political correctness and, most of all, by the Ivory Tower penchant for complicating simple things.
What is complicated can be kept complicated. What is simple must not be made complex. I will tell you now forthright what this is all about:
Point one: Islam, though monotheistic like Judaism and Christianity, differs from them in one important way: the deity is only a king over his subjects, not a father of his children or a husband of his wife. Service to the Islamic god is by instituting his law-code, the shariah, over all human beings.
Point two: most non-Muslims, if but they come to know what life under shariah law entails, resist this imperialistic imperative of Islam. In other words: there is a conflict between those who want the whole world to live under shariah law and those who do not want to live under shariah law.
Point three: the conflict, armed or otherwise, will go on until one of the two sides wins.
There. That’s all there is to it, that’s all you need to know. All the rest is commentary, and it is from this root thesis that this weblog continues.
